MONTHLY PASTORAL TEACHINGS
The monthly pastor's teachings are an opportunity for pastors, bishops and elders to get in-depth teachings on leadership, pastoral care and ministry structure. This platform also allows pastors and leaders the space and opportunity to be transparent with, accountable to, uplift and encourage one another.
These teachings are normally held on the 4th Monday of each month. The teachings are held at the various OSMI fellowship of ministries within the DFW Metroplex with conference calling available for those outside of the metroplex to remain connected and informed.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Ordered Steps Ministries Inc conference is the time when all of our fellowship of ministries come together annually to worship God in the month of February. This convention consists of three nights of fellowship, praise & worship, ministry and prophetic declaration.
The final night of the conference is set aside as the official night which to honor and be a blessing to Apostle Raymond Portley the OSMI Presiding Prelate through financial blessing, gifts and prophetic words.
CHARIS PNEUMA SYNOD
Charis Pneuma is, therefore, adopted as the Conference name as presented yearly by the Ordered Steps Ministries, Inc.. It is set aside to cause us to remember God’s faithfulness through all generations. How desperately man has a need to be constantly reminded that he is but dust, but because of the grace of God (charis), and through Christ, that he/she is able to take a licking and keep on ticking. Sometimes we fall, but, because of grace we can recover and continue on the journey. Sometimes we are bruised, abused or broken, and, here again, because of grace we endure hardness as a good solider of Jesus Christ. ”His grace is sufficient for us.”
